Panel saws (compact)
For over 30 years, Robland has been building solid, high-quality and highly reliable, yet affordable panel saws. With more than 50,000 machines sold worldwide, the legendary Z3200 Series has built Robland’s reputation. The recently introduced Z300, Z400 and Z500 series aim to improve this even further. But Robland also has a lot to offer in small format.
The NXZ II and CZ300 II are our entry-level offerings. Even in this price range, Robland’s exclusive Balls on Steel System (BOSS) is integrated, ensuring smooth operation of the sliding table for over a decade.
In the standard configuration, the NXZ II has no scorer and a saw blade up to 315 mm can be mounted. A cutting height of 107 mm is achieved with a vertical saw blade. A motor-driven scoring unit is optionally available, which maintains the maximum cutting height of 107 mm as long as the scoring blade is not fitted.
The CZ300 II is also supplied without a scoring unit as standard. With the standard motor version, a cutting height of 100 mm is achieved here with a 315 mm saw blade, which is also maintained with the optional scoring unit and mounted scoring blade.
If you are looking for the features of professional panel saws, but your available floor space is limited, you are sure to find a machine that fits your needs in eiter the CZ 400 models or the modular M500 series.
Here you will find models with larger saw diameters (up to 400 or 500 mm), a wide selection of sliding tables, crosscut tables, options (including digital readout, motorized controls) and accessories, to be combined with a manual (M) or an electric (EL) height and tilting of the saw blade. The cast iron saw aggregate in these models naturally absorbs vibrations and therefore offers superior stability and precision. As icing on the cake, there are the models with control of the rip fence (and cutting height and tilt).
